Honest Rasoi was started with a simple belief — food should be honest, transparent, and nourishing. In today's world, people often don't know what goes into their food. Refined oils, maida, and artificial additives have quietly become the norm.

We said no to all of that. At Honest Rasoi, every dish is cooked using desi ghee or cold-pressed mustard oil depending on the recipe — never refined oil, never maida. We use fresh paneer, seasonal vegetables, and whole ingredients you can actually name.
